The estimated delivery time will be between 1-2 business days.
CHANGES
The client will have 14 days from receiving your order to request a change and you will have to place a new order.
The shipping costs for the first exchange are covered by Lanuya . If more exchanges are made subsequently, these will be covered by the customer at a cost of €4.99 .
This order will be shipped with a return, meaning that the courier who delivers the new item to you will pick up the item you do not wish to keep.
To make an exchange, fill out our form and our team will assist you as soon as possible. Once we receive the item to be returned, we will proceed to refund it.
RETURNS
The client will have 14 days To return an item, the date will be the one stated on the delivery note.
Return shipping costs are free. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

PREPARE THE PACKAGE:
Place the items to be returned in the package along with the marked delivery note.
REMEMBER that the product is returned in its original packaging, unused, perfectly labeled, with the tapes intact and in perfect condition.
We will pick up the package at your home with our transport agency.
Our courier company will pick up the package at the address you provide.
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer and the cost is €6.70 in the peninsula and €15 for the Balearic Islands.
