Although from now on we will call ourselves Lanuya or simply "we" , we will call you, who are the user of this website, "user" , "you" or simply "you" .
Before using our services and purchasing our products, please read the following General Conditions of Purchase carefully:
1. Scope of application
Contracts, purchases of products and services will be carried out according to these conditions. These general conditions of purchase will be applicable to all future operations without the need for a new express agreement. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be fully bound by the sales contract, set out in these conditions, with Lanuya .
Lanuya may periodically modify these General Conditions of Purchase, the latest version of which may be consulted at any time on this website.
2. Communication with the Client
When placing an order, the customer must indicate at least one telephone number and one email address, the operation of which must be ensured from the moment the order is placed until its completion. It is necessary to check the settings of your spam filter (locally and/or through your email provider) and check that you receive email from Lanuya . Messages from Lanuya sent by email to the indicated address will be assumed to have been received by the customer after being sent.
3. Execution of the Contract
The acquisition of any product or service by the client is not affected by the provision of a different electronic delivery address, unless the client acts on behalf and in the interest of a third party and this is reliably proven before Lanuya .
4. Acquisition
To purchase any of our services or products, the customer must select the desired product, carefully review the description and click on the "Add to Cart" button, follow the steps to complete the order and confirm the purchase by clicking the "Pay Now" button.
5. Prices, Payment Methods and Billing
All prices include VAT and other applicable taxes. Accepted payment methods are Bank Card and Paypal. The payment process uses the SSL protocol to ensure data transmission security.
6. Formalization, Cancellation of Purchases, Withdrawal and Responsibilities
Once the order has been placed, Lanuya will confirm the purchase details by email. Lanuya will accept order cancellations under the specified conditions and will not be liable for delivery errors caused by incorrect data provided by the customer.

The items are guaranteed in accordance with current legislation.
8. Price and Shipping
The cost of the services offered by Lanuya will be expressed in euros. The VAT in force on the date on which the service is performed will be added to these prices. Variations in the VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the prices of Lanuya 's services.
Regarding shipments, the prices set are as follows:
- Standard shipping 2-4 business days.
- Sea shipping to the Balearic Islands 4-7 working days.
- Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla upon request.
- Free shipping on orders over certain amounts and/or on specific promotions.
Estimated delivery times are approximate. In case of delays or inconveniences with shipping, it is necessary to contact the courier company responsible for transport. 9. Exchanges and Returns
The first size exchange is free of charge within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original packaging and in perfect condition, except in cases of defective merchandise.
Claims for possible incidents such as the product being delivered damaged, incorrectly delivered, or for any other reason for a claim, will be handled as follows:
Lanuya undertakes to deliver another product in perfect condition and to collect the defective product. In the event that the exchange cannot be made for the same product reference, the customer will be reimbursed the full amount paid in advance.
Right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must do so within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
Returns will not be accepted if the product is not in its original packaging and is in perfect condition and unused. Except in cases of defective merchandise.

In case of return of a product, the transport costs for both delivery and
return is the responsibility of Lanuya .
10. Claims
If the customer considers that his or her rights as a consumer have been violated, he or she may file a complaint with the Consumer Office of the Regional Government of Andalusia or use the European Union's online dispute resolution platform.
