Orders
When your order leaves our warehouse, with the tracking number of the transport company (NACEX). You can track your order through their web portal:

If you have any problems with the shipment, do not hesitate to contact us .

You have 2 days from receipt of the order to report the defect/tare of the product.
At Lanuya we want you to have the best possible experience. Contact our customer service team and explain your problem. Please also provide us with the order number to facilitate the resolution of the incident.
Not yet, but you can contact us if you are interested in placing an order outside of Spain.
Lanuya is an emerging brand with a policy of ethical and social responsibility both in terms of its operation and growth. We hope to expand our sales internationally in the coming years, but we want to do so in a sustainable way.
To request an invoice for this order, simply fill out the following form and we will send it to you by email as soon as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to change the size of a product you have received, you can request it by filling out the size change request form or by writing to our email: shop@lanuya.com
If you need another type of change, it is as simple as making a return and reordering what you need.
To make a return, you can submit the request from our returns form . Remember that you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.
Return shipping costs are free. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery
Our team prepares orders every working day from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Delivery time varies depending on the destination but usually takes between 2-4 working days in the peninsula. Shipping to the Balearic Islands is done by sea and usually takes between 4-7 working days.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla you will have to consult with our customer service team .
Below we specify our shipping cost rate:
- Shipping to mainland Spain €4.99
- Balearic Islands €14.99
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla under consultation.
- Free shipping on orders over €100.00 to the peninsula.
- Free shipping on orders over €150.00 to the Balearic Islands.
Yes, we ship to the Balearic Islands at a cost of €14.99 per order. If your order exceeds €150.00, shipping costs are free.
Yes, but to do so you will have to contact our customer service department and they will manage your order personally.
